The Standard

Every lot is tested by someone who does not work for us.

Research is only as reliable as the material it runs on. A vial with no COA is an unknown variable in your data. Here is exactly what happens between synthesis and the box on your bench.

01

Synthesis under cGMP-aligned conditions

Peptides are produced by solid-phase synthesis in facilities operating to cGMP-aligned process controls, with documented batch records for every run.

02

HPLC purity assay

An independent US laboratory runs reverse-phase HPLC on each lot. We release only material assaying at ≥99% purity — anything below the threshold is rejected outright.

03

Mass spectrometry identity confirmation

Mass spec confirms the measured molecular weight matches the target sequence, ruling out truncated or mis-sequenced product that a purity number alone would not catch.

04

Endotoxin and sterility screening

Lyophilized material is screened for bacterial endotoxin so laboratory results are not confounded by contamination.

05

Lot-matched Certificate of Analysis

The COA shipped with your vial corresponds to the exact lot number printed on the label — not a representative sample from an earlier run.

06

Cold-chain fulfillment from the USA

Vials ship lyophilized and temperature-controlled from a US facility, typically within one business day of order confirmation.

Reading a COA before you buy

Check three things: the lot number matches your vial, the purity figure comes from HPLC rather than a manufacturer estimate, and the mass-spec result confirms the expected molecular weight. If a supplier cannot produce all three, the material is unverified.
